An investment, typically, is in the form of equity as a member of a limited liability company. The limited liability company will own the real estate and be managed by ArroyoBel who will also be an investor.

We are currently focusing on existing medical office buildings, data centers, tech properties and specialized office/industrial properties with historical cash flow. We may pool properties to provide some diversity to the investors.

We are active managers with the objective of increasing cash flow as well as the value of the properties so that we can distribute cash flow to our members while we hold the properties.

The principals of ArroyoBel through their many years of experience have developed an in-depth knowledge which they use to identify underserved portions of the real estate marketplace as well as properties whose performance can be enhanced through active management and re-positioning.

ArroyoBel’s experience is with properties located throughout the United States based upon unique situations that may exist in any market.

Though it is constantly evaluating opportunities nationally, due to economies of scale that can be derived there is a tendency for the investments to be concentrated in certain geographical areas. Currently, this concentration is in the western states.
