WHO INVESTS WITH ARROYOBEL
Accredited investors. These are individuals or entities that have financial means, net worth and income to meet pre-determined thresholds and have the knowledge to take the economic risks of investments through unregistered securities.
HOW IS AN INVESTMENT STRUCTURED
An investment, typically, is in the form of equity as a member of a limited liability company. The limited liability company will own the real estate and be managed by ArroyoBel who will also be an investor.
We are currently focusing on existing medical office buildings, data centers, tech properties and specialized office/industrial properties with historical cash flow. We may pool properties to provide some diversity to the investors.
We are active managers with the objective of increasing cash flow as well as the value of the properties so that we can distribute cash flow to our members while we hold the properties.

Though it is constantly evaluating opportunities nationally, due to economies of scale that can be derived there is a tendency for the investments to be concentrated in certain geographical areas. Currently, this concentration is in the western states.
